A LITTLE ABOUT YOUR CLUB

The Club is a non-profit making society formed  to promote the game of golf, by organising competitions and social events to develop a friendly interest in the sport for amateur golfers of all standards of play.

The Club is known to have been in existence since 1954 but was formally established on 26 August 1961.

Dalmilling Golf Course, Ayr, is the club’s home course.

Wallacetown Golf Club is affiliated to both Scottish Golf Ltd (SG) and Ayrshire Golf Association (AGA).

WHO CAN JOIN

There are no restrictions on membership.

WHICH COURSES AND DAYS DO YOU HOLD COMPETITIONS ON?

Competitions are played over all South Ayrshire Golf Courses and are held each week from Friday through to Tuesday.

DO YOU HAVE OTHER OPENS, CLUB CHAMPS, TEAM MATCHES ETC?

The Club normally holds 3 outings a year at venues within reasonable travelling distance of Ayr.

WHAT ARE THE OTHER BENEFITS OF JOINING YOUR CLUB

The Club holds an annual presentation / social night.
