We now have our new South Ayrshire Golf Festival 2018 brochure which has just been launched. It is packed with all the details you need to enter our many and varied competitions to suit all golfers.
In 2017 we engaged with the golfers in various ways to get feedback and as a result of this we have made some exciting changes to give Ayr Golf Week a new look for 2018. We have introduced new competitions such as the Gents Greensomes, and to kick start the week, a fun Target Golf over 5, par 3 holes on Seafield. This is played in pairs and as long as you have a recognised handicap you can pair with a lady, gent, junior or senior for this scratch competition.
Also new for 2018 we have included the Juniors with a Junior Open competition and a Stableford Competition open to girls and boys under 18. These juniors might just be the next “Tammy” winner or RC Brown Champion!
One of the main points from the feedback was the preference for handicap categories which we have now introduced for the Ladies, Gents and Juniors.
There is an Earlybird Offer of 20% off . For Ayr Golf Week this ends on 14th April and for the Troon Weekender and Girvan Classic ends on the 31st May. Be sure to book early to get these great offers and get the piece of mind your summer of golfing is all booked.
